Our service user and carer forum, for North Wales, meet the second Thursday each month @ station court Colwyn bay. We discuss matters arising from our local feedback, escalate any gaps or themes that need further attention, then communicate these themes to our commissioners for consideration, to support enhancing patient care and experience.
