Caniad ydy’r llais cyfunol ar gyfer gwasanaethau iechyd meddwl a chamddefnyddio sylweddau yng ngogledd Cymru. Mae Caniad yn ceisio defnyddio profiadau pobl sydd â phroblemau iechyd meddwl neu broblemau dibyniaeth ar sylweddau i helpu i wella triniaeth a chefnogaeth sydd ar gael – mae hyn yn caniatáu i’r defnyddwyr fod yn rhan o’r gwaith cynllunio, comisiynu, dylunio, darparu a gwerthuso ar draws gogledd Cymru.

Mae Caniad yn credu mai’r bobl orau i lunio gwasanaethau effeithiol ydy’r bobl hynny sy’n eu defnyddio. Caiff gwaith Caniad ei gefnogi gan ein siarter cymryd rhan, y mae llawer o fudiadau wedi cofrestru ar ei chyfer ac wedi ymrwymo iddi.

Dymuna Caniad ddathlu a chydnabod y gwaith arbennig mae ein hasiantaethau partner (pobl broffesiynol/timoedd/grwpiau cymryd rhan) yn ei wneud o ran cyd-gynhyrchu a beth ydy rhan y gofalwr/defnyddiwr gwasanaeth. Os ydych chi’n adnabod rhywun sydd wedi gwneud darn o waith arbennig neu wedi dangos ymrwymiad cadarn tuag at gyd-gynhyrchu – enwebwch nhw.

Mae’r categorïau gwobrau yn cydnabod darnau bach a darnau mawr o waith felly peidiwch â bod ofn meddwl y tu allan i’r bocs.

Caniad are the combined voice for mental health and substance misuse involvement in North Wales. Caniad seeks to harness the experience of those living with mental health or addiction issues to help improve treatment and support – this allows users to become involved in the planning, commissioning, design, delivery and evaluation throughout North Wales.

Caniad believes that the best people to shape effective services are those using them. Caniad work is underpinned by our involvement charter, of which many organisations have signed up and committed to.

Caniad would like to celebrate and recognise the fantastic work our partner agencies (professionals/teams/involvers) do with regards to co-production and service user/carer involvement. If you know someone who has done a brilliant piece of work or shown steadfast commitment towards coproduction – please nominate them.

The award categories make provision for acknowledging both small and larger pieces of work so don’t be afraid to think outside of the box.
