Credwn yn gryf mai’r rhai sy’n defnyddio gwasanaethau cymunedol ar lawr gwlad yw’r bobl orau i lunio eu dyfodol, ac rydym yn croesawu ymatebion gan bobl sydd wedi cael gafael ar gymorth.
