Roedd adborth defnyddwyr gwasanaeth a gofalwyr ar amseroedd aros hir ac ychydig o gymorth iechyd meddwl wrth ffonio rhif 111 y GIG, wedi cael ei wrando a’i ddefnyddio i ddatblygu opsiwn iechyd meddwl wrth ffonio 111. Mae’r t\u00eem iechyd meddwl yno 24 awr y dydd, saith diwrnod yr wythnos – gan gynnig cymorth iechyd meddwl brys i bobl o bob oed ar draws Gogledd Cymru. Mae’r rhif yn rhad ac am ddim i’w ffonio o linell dir neu ff\u00f4n symudol, hyd yn oed os nad oes gennych unrhyw gredyd ar \u00f4l.<\/span><\/p>\n
