111 number has long waiting times and little support for Mental Health – You can now call 111 and select option 2 to speak with a member of the mental health team.

Service user and carer feedback on long waiting times and little mental health support when calling the NHS 111 number, had been listened to and utilised to develop a mental health option when calling 111. The mental health team are there 24 hours a day, seven days a week – offering urgent mental health support to people of all ages across North Wales. The number is free to call from a landline or mobile, even if you have no credit left.
